Cancellation Policy
No Shows will be charged 100%.
Booking cancelled within 24hrs – Full cancellation fees applies.
Cancellation made 24hrs outside of this period in writing, will be entitled to a full refund.
Amendment Policy
All amendments to the transfer must be done at least 48hrs prior to the actual travel date. Unutilized transfer vouchers cannot be amended after the date of service as this will be considered to be invalid.
Refund Policy
All credit card payment transactions will incur a non-refundable fee.
Baggage
Fiji Hotel Transfers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of luggage even though all reasonable caution will be taken. Fiji Hotel Transfers has full right to change any size vehicle for the transfer booked due their be excessive luggage and this will be charged accordingly.
Responsibility and Liability Clauses
Fiji Hotel Transfers acts only as agents of the passengers in matters relating to accommodation, sightseeing tours and transport, whether by aircraft, road, motor coach, ship, boat or any other means and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising in any case in any matter whatsoever.
The Company’s liability to passengers carried on its own vehicles is governed by the respective laws of the country to which the tours takes place and no other country and claims are subject jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action may arise. The Company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out or any part of the services agreed and, in the event of the exercise of such rights, the terms of the clause relating to the Company’s liability shall apply.
Whilst every care is taken, the Company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage and it is, therefore, advisable to effect a separate baggage insurance.
In the event that any claim is made against the Travel Agent or Tour Operator in respect of loss or damage occasioned by the breach of contract, negligence or other fault of Fiji Hotel Transfers, Fiji Hotel Transfers, shall be liable to indemnify the Travel Agent or Tour Operator (as the case may be) only if such a claim would have been awarded against the Travel Agent or the Tour Operator (as the case may be) in the country in which the tours takes place if the Travel Agent or the Tour Operator (as the case may be) has submitted to the jurisdiction of the said court.
In respect of any such claim, as mentioned in sub-clause (above) of this clause, Fiji Hotel Transfers shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising other than the liability expressed in this clause.
For the purpose of this clause, Fiji Hotel Transfers shall be deemed to include its servants and agents and shall be deemed to contract on its own behalf and on behalf of each servant and agent.
- If the transfers that has been requested on your behalf by your travel agent is based on a “Private Car” You must arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to departure from Fiji.
- Additional fee will apply to non-airport services.
- Actual Fee amount will be confirmed at time of reservation.
